Register for the Conference
Conference registration is now open.
You can also apply for the Scholarships for 2026. These are free tickets that also allow you to attend all three conferences - Research Software Africa, Research Software Asia Australia, and Research Software Latinoamérica.
These scholarships are available people who are:
- unemployed,
- undergraduate students,
- Masters or PhD students,
- in precarious employment,
- financially pressured,
- lack conference presentation opportunities,
- don’t have a credit card to purchase tickets,
- have had a career transition or gap,
- are underrepresented in their field,
- have caring duties, or
- feel uncomfortable asking supervisors for funding.
If you don’t fit neatly into these categories but face other barriers to attendance, we encourage you to apply as we’re here to support you.
